From TequilaGringo: Tequila Tierras is a newer line of tequilas that is touting the fact that it's organic.  For all you green folks out there (we include ourselves in that bunch) that makes for a pretty good excuse to drink tequila instead of soda during your lunch break.  We really enjoyed their blanco and repo, so we were pleased as punch when they sent their anejo.  The nose on this tequila is full bodied agave, but very low heat, with some butterscotch.  The taste follows with more of what we can best describe as a nice, easy, muted agave with medium heat.  The finish at first seems like it's going to be here and gone, but then an extra flavor arrives at the end, we think it's best described as sea salt.  Mouth feel is velvety.  Yum.
