It's Not Tequila, and Wow - It's Potent

From TequilaGringo.com     Any tequila afficianado will tell you, for tequila to be Tequila, it has to be made in the Tequila region of Mexico.  In fact, that's actually written into the NAFTA agreement.  It's basically like the difference between Champagne and Sparkling Wine - to count it has to be from the right place.  This stuff is made from the agave plant, but it's made in the Temecula region of Southern California so it's an "Agave Spirit".  They actually had a fight over their original name, Temequila, which was deemed to be too similar to Tequila, and had to back off and call it JB Wagoner.

Well, we had a batch of it, and wow - Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.  It's 100 proof, and that's no joke.  POTENT agave flavor, but little finesse.  A super premium heat-seeking missile.  Tequila Grappa!

From JB Wagoner:     100% Agave and 100 proof. Made in the USA.  JB Wagoner’s Ultra Premium is handmade in small batches using a proprietary Compound Copper Catalytic distillation system which produces a smooth yet robust liquor, low in hangover inducing ingredients. THAT is why it’s Ultra Premium.
