Casa Noble Extra Anejo
Tequila Gringo Review:
Casa Noble is one of the all time greats, and one of our favorites. Matured in French White Oak barrels for 5 yrs, this tequila has an exceptional bouquet and body that ranks among the best distilled spirits in the world. Carmel-ly goodness, and yup, that's real gold on the bottle.
Rated "Superb" by Spirit Journal: 40% Alcohol $79.99 Aged in French oak for five years; the brilliant amber tone is impeccably pure and clean; the nose at opening is rich, almost brandy-like, and oaky with time in the glass, the aroma becomes a bouquet as the oak influence is joined by a mild vegetal component and a background pepperiness the third sniffing pass reveals a soft brininess that complements the pillowy oakiness in the fourth and final whiff, the delicate, perfumy scents of oak resin and vanilla, mature agave, and nut butter unite to form an atypically biscuity tequila bouquet while I actually prefer the nose of the reposado, this one is very pleasing and well-structured; the palate entry is mildly sweet and oaky, but then the midpalate stage explodes with firm, meaty tastes of nut butter, pepper, and light caramel; the finish is long, spirity, and elegant; very nice indeed.

Sadly...
...there is no Casa Nobles distillery. It's just a brand from a smaller, lesser known place in Amatitan, near Tequila. It is a very good tequila though.
Great Tequila!!!
This is my favorite tequila
brass balls!
first of all, Casa Noble Anejo sets the bar to which all anejo's I ever taste are compared against. secondly, me and my buddies frequently down a bottle of this when we get together and one of the guys (who won't be named) collects every one of the "brass ball" toppers from these beautiful bottles. does that make him gay?
one of the most consistent!
CN is one of the most consistent fine tequilas out there. Amazing flavour and complexity. A hands down winner.
